  15. In these early times of the VisCorp acquisition of AT, its important to remember 
  16. that the only thing signed at this moment is a letter of understanding; pending approval
  17. by the board of directors of both companies. While I feel that this deal is pretty much
  18. a done one, it will take several weeks before VisCorp could possibly make an "official"
  19. statement, and what their plans for the technology really are.
